Return & Refund Policy:

Please note that due to the fragile nature of dried flowers, it is possible that there may be some minor breakage during shipping. You may have to do some slight rearranging or adjustments to the bouquet once received.

If a vessel arrives broken but the bouquet is intact, a refund for the vessel will be provided. If a bouquet arrives damaged beyond repair, a refund for the bouquet will be provided. Please send photos of any damage to shoei@threeeyedfox.com within 5 days of arrival and I will reach out to discuss a solution.
